Тема: Shopping List
Тип урока: комбинированный урок
Обучающая цель урока: развитие коммуникативной и когнитивной
компетенции учащихся.
Задачи урока:
▪ совершенствование навыков говорения по теме «Покупки».
▪ развитие памяти, внимания, умений индивидуальной работы.
▪ создание условий для расширения лингвистического и
культурного кругозора учащихся.
▪ совершенствование навыков чтения, навыков восприятия и
понимания речи на слух.
▪ привитие интереса к изучению иностранного языка.
Формы работы учащихся: фронтальная, в парах, индивидуальная.

Речевая зарядка (подводящий к теме диалог)
- Guys, do you make a shopping list when you go shopping? Why? Why not?
Can you help me? I‘ve got a huge shopping list. How can I cope with it?
Please, look:
vitamins
a jar of marmalade
a board game
a packet of cereal
a new red hat
some party clothes (for Nick and Rosie)
10 post cards
some bread.
In which shops can I buy the things from the list?

What’s about a gift shop? What can I buy there?
OK! You H/W was Ex 3 p. 16 (WB). You were to read the article about
presents. Then you were to fill in the chart about presents for mums, dads,
children and teenagers.

But dear friends! It’s very difficult to buy gifts for many people. What can help
us? Right you are! Shopping list! Today we are going to talk about shopping lists.
Целеполагание
At the end of this lesson we’ll know the process of making up of the shopping
list.
Основное содержание урока
Работа с аудиоматериалом с выходом на монологическую речь.
Предтекстовый этап:
Let’s talk a little bit about clothes. Where do you usually buy clothes? Who
helps you choose them? What clothes do you think Granny has bought for Nick
and Rosie? Why do you think so?
Текстовый этап (прослушивание аудио) Ex. 3 p. 34 (SB)
Granny came to visit her grandchildren. Listen and say why Nick and Rosie
are unhappy.
Послетекстовый этап:
Look at the pictures again. What clothes has Granny chosen for Nick and
Rosie?
Do you like the clothes that Granny bought for Nick and Rosie? Why didn’t
Nick and Rosie tell Grandma that they didn’t like her presents? Use phrases from
Ex. 3c p. 34.
Введение нового грамматического материала
Read the sentences in ex. 3c p. 34 (SB) again and look at the box. Find
examples for each formula.

Study Grammar Reference section and answer the questions about grammar
on pages 230 – 231.
Первичное закрепление нового грамматического материала
Ex. 5 p. 35 (SB). Look at the pictures. What are the problems with people’s
clothes?

Listen to relaxing music and think about your best shopping
Речевая активность
Ex. 6 p. 35 (SB). Look at the sentences. Which two are positive? Paraphrase
the comments using too and enough.
Ex. 7 p. 36 (SB). Work in pairs. Look at the pictures from catalogues in lesson
2. Say what clothes you don’t like. Explain why you don’t like them. Use “too”
and “not enough”
Предъявление домашнего задания.
Ex. 3 p. 17 (WB). What do you like and what don’t you like about these
clothes from the past? Write some sentences explaining why. Be ready to answer
in the oral form.
