Задание 39 «Электронное личное письмо»
Ответы на задание 39 (электронное личное письмо) оцениваются по трём критериям:
«Решение коммуникативной задачи» (РКЗ) (0–2 балла), «Организация текста» (0–2 балла),
«Языковое оформление текста» (0–2 балла). Максимальное число баллов за успешное выполнение
задания 39 – 6 баллов.
Начнём с важнейшего критерия РКЗ, в котором выделяются 6 аспектов: ответы на вопросы
(3 аспекта: каждый вопрос – аспект), три вопроса, поставленных автором письма (1 аспект), аспект
вежливости (1 аспект, включающий благодарность или/и выражение положительных эмоций от
получения письма, надежду на последующие контакты) и стиль (1 аспект, причём в случае задания
39 базового уровня сложности требования к соблюдению неофициального стиля включают только
правильный выбор обращения, заключительной фразы и подписи).
Как сказано в инструкции к заданию на русском языке, участник экзамена должен написать
на бланке № 2 номер задания и текст своего ответного письма зарубежному другу по переписке.
Перерисовывать рамку, строки From/To/Subject не следует. Если участник всё же сделал это, балл
не снижается (по крайней мере в ЕГЭ 2022 г.), но в подсчёт слов эти элементы не войдут.
В электронном письме, в отличие от традиционного письма, не указываются адрес и дата.
Если участник всё же сделал это, то это считается нарушением по критерию «Организация текста».
Указание даты и/или адреса отправителя в электронном письме считается за 1 логическую ошибку.
Таким образом, в подсчёт слов входит написанный участником текст, начиная с
обращения/приветствия (Dear Ronny, / Hello Ronny,) и заканчивая подписью автора ответного
письма.
Следует отметить, что требование определённого объёма не является чисто формальным,
поэтому и оценивание выполнения этого задания начинается с подсчёта экспертом слов в ответе
экзаменуемого. Апробационные исследования, анализ выполненных участниками ЕГЭ работ
показали, что при объёме электронного личного письма менее 90 слов коммуникативная задача не
может быть полностью выполнена. Недостаточный объём письменной работы – это показатель
низкого уровня владения языком, ограниченности лексического запаса, несформированности
языковых навыков, а также недостаточного уровня развития социокультурной компетенции,
метапредметных умений и межпредметных знаний.
Превышение объёма, с другой стороны, показывает неумение участника ЕГЭ вдуматься в
поставленную перед ним коммуникативную задачу, отобрать действительно важный для её
выполнения содержательный материал и чётко сформулировать свои мысли. Часто превышение
объёма работы вызвано тем, что экзаменуемый старается вставить в свою работу выученные
наизусть отрывки из пресловутых «топиков», что ведёт к отходу от темы заданных другом по
переписке вопросов, а иногда – к полной подмене темы.
Следует обратить внимание на то, что допустимые границы объёма выполнения задания 39
очень широки даже в том виде, в каком они прописаны в инструкции для участника экзамена: от
100 до 140 слов. При подготовке выпускников к ЕГЭ их следует ориентировать именно на это
требование. Введение пункта о допустимости 10% отклонений от предписанного объёма
продиктовано заботой об экзаменуемых и экзаменаторах, желанием избежать лишнего стресса,
пониманием возможности ошибки при подсчёте слов в стрессовой ситуации.
Нарушения в объёме при выполнении задания 39 (требуемый объём 100–140 слов):
– если в ответе на задание 39 менее 90 слов, то ответ проверке не подлежит и оценивается
0 баллов;
– если объём задания превышает допустимый в пределах 10%, т.е. в письме не более
154 слов, то задание проверяется полностью без снижения баллов;
– при превышении объёма более чем на 10%, т.е. если в задании 39 более 154 слов,
проверяется только та часть работы, которая соответствует требуемому объёму, т.е. с начала
письма отсчитываются 140 слов, которые и подлежат проверке;
– если значительно превышен объём и 140 слов приходятся на вопрос, то такой вопрос не
засчитывается. Если 140 слов практически включают вопрос (не хватает только одного
слова), то такой вопрос засчитывается.
Как бы важен не был объём письменного высказывания, главной задачей остаётся решение
коммуникативной задачи. Изучив само задание, критерии оценивания и дополнительную схему
оценивания, мы видим, что для успешного решения поставленной коммуникативной задачи
экзаменуемый должен:
• дать полный и точный ответ на вопрос 1 друга по переписке (аспект 1);
• дать полный и точный ответ на вопрос 2 друга по переписке (аспект 2);
• дать полный и точный ответ на вопрос 3 друга по переписке (аспект 3);
• задать 3 вопроса по указанной в задании теме, ориентируясь не только на письмо-стимул,
но и, главным образом, на ту часть инструкции, которая расположена под письмом-
стимулом и где прямо указана тема для вопросов другу (аспект 4);
• соблюсти принятые в английском языке нормы вежливости, т.е. поблагодарить друга по
переписке за его письмо или/и выразить положительные эмоции от его получения и
выразить надежду на последующие контакты (аспект 5);
• правильно выбрать стилевое оформление письма, т.е. дать обращение, завершающую
фразу, подпись автора (только имя) в соответствии с неофициальным стилем (аспект 6).
Полным ответом считается ответ, раскрывающий содержание всех пунктов плана
и отвечающий коммуникативной задаче. Полный ответ на пункт плана включает все элементы
вопроса: WHERE and WHEN, WHAT and WHY. Если дан ответ только на одну часть вопроса, то такой
ответ считается неполным.
Точным считается ответ, соответствующий предложенным пунктам плана и заданным
вопросам. Неточным считается ответ, если он содержит фактическую ошибку, отход от темы или
элементы топика.
Все эти требования совпадают с требованиями к написанию традиционного личного
письма, единственное отличие – не требуется ссылка на предыдущие контакты, которая включалась
в нормы вежливости традиционного письма (аспект 5). Её исключение диктуется изменением вида
письма: электронные письма короче традиционных, в них меньше места условностям. Тем не
менее, если участник даёт такую ссылку, балл не снижается.
Несмотря на менее строгие нормы вежливости электронных писем, благодарность за
полученное письмо или другое выражение положительных эмоций от его получения обязательно
нужны, они диктуются коммуникативной ситуацией. В задании сказано: «друг по переписке», т.е.,
скорее всего, корреспонденты даже никогда не встречались лично, это не совсем близкие
дружеские отношения, и, учитывая социокультурные различия, российский корреспондент должен
уделить особое внимание нормам вежливости.
Оценивая развёрнутый ответ экзаменуемого, эксперт работает с дополнительной схемой
оценивания, проставляя в ней знаки плюс (+) в случае выполнения данного аспекта, минус (–) в
случае невыполнения и плюс-минус (±) в случае неполного/неточного выполнения аспекта.
