Тема: Easter in Britain
Цели: 1) познакомить учащихся с лексикой по теме:
"Подготовка к празднованию Пасхи в Британии
и России"
2) познакомить с употреблением the Present
Progressive Tense в утвердительных предло-
жениях
3) развивать навыки аудирования по теме:
"Празднование Пасхи в Великобритании"
Оборудование: Учебник 5 класса К. Кауфман, книга для учителя,
наглядные картинки, презентация на тему:
"Пасха", CD MPЗ
Ход урока
I. Начало урока
Good morning, children! Sit down, pleas. I am glad to see you. Let's start our
lesson.
II. Фонетическая зарядка
Open your textbooks on page 210, Ex. 2(a)
a Christian - христианин Easter - Пасха
Christian - христианский Christmas - Рождество
spring - весна Lent - Пост
difference - разница the Resurrection - Воскресение Христово
an egg - яйцо Jesus Christ - Иисус Христос
Halloween - Хэллоуин during - в течение
Translate the words from Russian into English: христианин, весна, яйцо, Пасха,
христианский, Воскресение Христово, пост, Иисус Христос, в течение,
разница, Рождество, Хэллоуин.
III. Выявление темы и целей урока
Look at the list of new words and guess:

V. Развитие навыков чтения
Let's check your homework. Read the dialogue Ex. 4 on page 210. And say: Are
these sentences true, false or is there no information in the dialogue? Correct the
false statements.
1. In Russia people celebrate Christmas in spring. - False. In Russia people
celebrate Christmas in winter.
2. Eggs are traditional Easter presents.- It is true.
3. On Easter Sunday people celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. - It is true.
4. The tradition of Easter is 300 years old. - There is no information in the
dialogue.
VI. Объяснение нового материала
- Ребята, давайте вспомним, как называется время, когда действия
происходят каждый день, иногда, регулярно? (The Present Simple Tense)
- Действия, которые будут происходить в будущем? (The Future Simple)
- А сегодня мы познакомимся с временем, в котором действия происходят
сейчас, в данный момент. Это время называется the Present Progressive Tense.
(Настоящее продолженное время)
- Давайте повторим все вместе the Present Progressive Tense.
- Let's read the rules
Образование the Present Progressive Tense, спряжение глаголов в форме the
Present Progressive Tense, употребление the Present Progressive Tense,
образование утвердительных предложений.
Подлежащее + am/is/are +основной глагол + -ing + второстепенные члены
предложения.

- Complete the sentences with the information from this textbook and the facts
about yourself. Use am, is, are or am not, isn't, aren't
