2. to cut in = to interrupt someone who is speaking by saying sth
e. g. During the conversation Mike cut in with an occasional remark.
3. to cut off = to remove sth by cutting
e. g. Why did you cut off all your hair?
4. to cut out = to remove sth from a larger piece by cutting
e. g. I`ll cut this article out of the magazine for you.
5. to cut up = to cut sth into several pieces
e. g. Cut up the food for the baby.
