Конспект урока "Housework. Do you help at home?" 6 класс

Аннотация
Данный урок к УМК “New Millennium English” 6 класс , первый урок по теме
“Caring and sharing”. На уроке совершенствуются навыки использования в речи
времени Present Simple и наречий частотности :always, often, sometimes, never. В
уроке представлены все виды речевой деятельности: говорение, чтение, письмо,
аудирование. Дети учатся высказывать свое мнение, отвечать на вопрос-
нравится-не нравится, сравнивать, давать самооценку, оценивать выступление
товарищей и сам урок, заполнять опросники, сочиняют стихотворение по
образцу и исполняют его в команде. Учащиеся получают разноуровневые
задания, например, сочинить 1 или два куплета стихотворения по образцу.

Тема урока :Housework . Do you help at home?
Цели урока: совершенствование навыка использования в речи времени Present Simple, а
также наречий частотности :often, always, sometimes, never на базе новой лексики по теме
“Housework».
Задачи урока: овладеть новыми лексическими единицами по теме “Housework”,
тренировать использование в речи выражений : “as for me, I think, I like doing, I hate
doing.”, заполнить таблицу-опросник, повторить числительные от 1 до 15, сосчитать
количество очков, дать самооценку ,развивать навыки аудирования - извлечение главной
идеи из прослушанного и затребованной информации, учить сравнивать свои действия с
действиями третьего лица, сочинить стихотворение по образцу и исполнить его , оценить
выступление товарищей и урок в целом ( интересный - скучный).
Воспитательные задачи: воспитывать уважение к труду и осознание необходимости
помощи родителям по дому, учить работать в сотрудничестве – в парах, в команде,
доброжелательному отношению к выступлению своих товарищей.
Новый речевой материал :do the dusting, do the washing up, do the hoovering, do the
shopping, do the cooking, water the plants, feed your pet, make your bed, take out the rubbish.
Оснащение урока: компьютерная презентация, аудиозаписи, доска, учебник, вопросник.
Технологии: индивидуальная, парная, групповая работа- сочинение и исполнение
сочиненного стихотворения, использование ИКТ, использование опросника, здоровье
сберегающие технологии- зарядка, личностно-ориентированные технологии-
разноуровневые задания.
На доске: Revision: Present Simple
Words: often, always, sometimes, never.
На партах учеников: опросники, карточки красного, зеленого, желтого цвета , слова
песни.
Вступление.
Учитель: Last time we spoke about how to keep healthy and fit and what we should do if we
have problems with health. Now, please, tell me how you are today. How are you , Tanya? How
do you feel , Gleb ?
Ответы учеников: I'm fine , thank you.
I feel well.
Учитель:Glad to hear that. Raise your hands who is fine today. I see. Everybody is OK. I’m fine
too.
Let’s start our talk about how to help parents at home, what you usually do to help them.

Основная часть урока:
Открывается первый слайд с названием темы: «Housework. Do you help at home?”
Учитель: First of all, I’d like to ask you what work we mean saying the word “housework”.
Ответы учеников:clean the room, wash the dishes, feed a pet, clean my pet’s cage, walk a
dog, wash my pet.
What other work do we usually do at home? And how often?
Открывается презентация новых выражений.
Do the dusting-
Учитель:I do the dusting every day.
Ученики повторяют новые выражения хором за учителем после их презентации.
Do the shopping- I often do the shopping .
Do the hoovering- I do the hoovering once a week.
Do the washing up- I always do the washing up.
Do the cooking- I do the cooking every day.
Take out the rubbish-I sometimes take out the rubbish
Do you remember these expressions? Let’s revise them.
Make my bed- I make my bed every morning.
Water the plants- I water the plants twice a month.
Feed my pet- I have no pet. So I never feed it.
Ученики повторяют за учителем новые выражения хором.
Чтение новых выражений из учебника:
Учитель: Now, please, open your books, page 98, ex. 1a and read the new words in chain.
Ученики читают слова по цепочке из упр 1а, стр 98.
Соотнесение новых выражений с действиями роботов:
Учитель: Please, look at the picture in page 98-99. What can you see there?
Ответы учеников:A house where robots live.
Учитель: Yes, that’s right. You see the robots doing housework.
Match the words from ex. 1a and the number of a robot. Read the expression and say the
robot’s number.
Ответы учеников: № 7- do the dusting, etc.
Собственные высказывания учеников о том, что они делают дома.
Учитель: Now it’s your turn to tell me what housework you do at home. Begin your
answer: As for me….
Ответы учеников: As for me I do the hoovering. Etc.
Высказывания учеников о том, какую работу они любят и не любят делать по дому
Учитель: Answer my question : Do you like doing the dusting? What do you like |hate doing?
Ученики: Yes, I do. I like doing the dusting but I hate doing the washing up. Etc.
Заполнение учениками опросника: как часто они и их товарищи выполняют ту или иную
работу по дому- диалоги.
Учитель:Now I’d like to find out how often you help your parents and do different types of
housework, if you really are a helping hand..
The words :often, always, sometimes, never will help you to answer how often you do this or
that housework. Let’s repeat them all together .
Please, take the questionnaire and fill in the table. If you always or often do this housework
,write 2 points. If you do it sometimes, write 1 point. If you never do it, write zero point.
Ask each other all the questions and write down your and your partner’s points, then count your
score.

Учитель: Well done. Thank very much. Now tell me please if you have counted your score.
Whose score is 13-18? Raise your hands.
In ex. 2b, page 98 you can find out what your score means.
Дети читают ответы из упр. 2в-стр 98.
Учитель: So you are a real helping hand . You help your parents very often. You are good
children. Whose score is 7-12? Raise your hands. Please, read about yourselves .
Ученики читают о себе в упр 2в стр 98.
Учитель: So you don’t help your parents much. You should do more housework. Whose score
is 0-6? Raise your hands, please. Никто не поднял руку. Nobody has 0-6 points. So there are no
lazy pupils in your class. That’s wonderful.
Физкульминутка:
Учитель: Let’s have a break. Stand up ,please. Let’s exercise a little. Head and shoulders,
knees and toes, knees and toes, knees and toes. Arm s and legs and eyes and nose< eyes and
nose, eyes and nose. Thank you. Sit down, please.
Аудирование:
Учитель: Children, would you like to take part in a competition “Parents’ Helping Hand”? There
is a radio programme where an interviewer asks questions about what housework children
usually do at home. Children call him and answer his questions. And if they do much housework

they win a prize- a trip to Disneyland. The first caller is Laura. Now listen to her answers and say
if she ‘s a good candidate to win the prize and why you think so.
Ученики слушают пленку первый раз и после прослушивания отвечают на вопрос,
поставленный выше учителем.
Ответы учеников: I think she is a good helping hand. I think she can win the prize because
she does much housework at home.
Работа в малых группах.
Учитель: Now listen to Laura's answers again attentively and fill in the questionnaire how often
Laura does different types of housework. Write down her answers , give her points for every
answer and count her score.
Ученики слушают пленку второй раз.
Учитель:What is Laura’s score? How often does she help her parents? Report her answers.
Don’t forget to use the ending “ S” in the third person singular.
Ответы учеников: Laura’s score is 15. She always does the washing up. Etc.
Учитель: Can she win a trip to Disneyland?
Ответы учеников. I think she can.
Сравнение результатов учащихся и результатов Лауры. Высказывание.
Учитель: Now, please, compare your score to your partner’s score and Laura’s. Who is the
winner and why?
Ответы учеников: I think Laura is the winner because she always do the hovering. I don’t
like doing the hovering and my friend Dima sometimes does the hovering.
Ответы могут быть разными.
Инсценировка песни (стихотворения):
Работа в группах.
Учитель:At the end of the lesson you’ll hear a song.
This is the way I make my bed,
I make my bed, I make my bed.
This is the way I make my bed
So early in the morning.
Let’s repeat the song all together.
Think of more verses, please. Try to perform your song. Work in groups, please. Who will
make the longest song and perform it better, will be a winner.
Дети готовят песню в группах и исполняют ее перед классом по командам..
Оценивание выступлений товарищей:
Учитель:Whose song was the most interesting, the longest and well done? What team is a
winner? Please, judge the performing. Raise red cards, if the performing was very good.
Green cards-good, yellow cards- not good.
Дети поднимают карточки разного цвета. Оценка «5»- красная карточка, оценка-«4»-
зеленая, оценка «3»-желтая.
Учитель : The winner is team ……Let’s applaud them. Thank you very much, children, for your
wonderful performing.

Заключительная часть урока.
Оценивание урока учащимися:
Учитель:Children! Now judge the lesson. If the lesson was interesting raise red cards. If the
lesson was boring raise yellow cards.
Ученики поднимают карточки, оценивая урок.
Оценивание работы учеников учителем:
Учитель: And now I’d like to judge you. The most active children get “5”, less active get “4”,
and who was inactive and made mistakes get “3”. I think next time you’ll do all your best to get
better marks.

Учитель объясняет домашнее задание.( д/з написано на доске) Who wants to get “5”
write down your home task. Ex. 5, p. 99. Write an e-mail to the radio programme “Parents’
Helping Hand”. Don’t forget to write the address- to whom you write. And the subject- what you
write about. Don’t forget to write “Hello” and “Good-bye” in your letters.
Who wants to get “4” do ex. 1-3,p. 63 in WB.
Next time we’ll speak about your duties and obligations, what you must do to keep a pet.
