«Разновидности газет в Великобритании»

Тема урока: Разновидности газет в Великобритании.
Тип урока: обобщение, подготовка проекта.
Цель: формирование проектной компетенции обучающихся, повышение мотивации
изучения иностранного языка в школе, вовлечение учащихся в творческую деятельность,
развитие у ребят информационно-коммуникационных компетенций.
Задачи:
практические:
• формирование навыков коммуникативной компетенции в чтении, говорении,
аудировании, письме;
• расширение запаса слов;
• коррекция фонетических навыков;
развивающие
• развитие творческих способностей обучающихся;
• развитие самостоятельности;
• развитие памяти, мышления, воображения;
воспитательные
• повышение мотивации к изучению иностранного языка;
• воспитание чувства взаимопомощи, умения работать в команде;

• знакомство с печатными изданиями Великобритании, т.е. развитие соци-
окультурной компетенции;

Оснащение урока: УМК Деревянко Н.Н. «New Millennium English», 6 класс, карточки,
ватман, фломастеры, карандаши, клей
Продолжительность урока: 45 минут.
Технологии: информационно – коммуникационная, проектная технология, проблемно-
поисковая, элементы здоровьесберегающей технологии.
Форма организации деятельности учащихся:

1. Оргмомент
Good afternoon, girls and boys! I am glad to see you! Sit down, please!
Речевая разминка.
T: Answer the questions, please. What date is it today?

T: What is the weather like today?

T: Do you know what does Mass media mean?

• Why do some people disapprove of tabloids?
• What English tabloids can you name?
• What National serious newspapers do you remember?

8. Создание проекта и его защита:
Let’s create our own newspapers. You are divided into 3 groups. Each group has a sheet of
paper, some articles, and pictures for making a poster. Decide who will be an editor, a designer,
a proof reader, a secretary, a correspondent. Choose information and create a front page of your
own paper. One of you will be ready to present your work and tell us about your mass media.
Help each other and good luck!
Roles:
• an editor –is in charge of a newspaper and decides what will be printed
• a creative director – generates smart ideas;
• a designer – makes the poster look attractive;
• a proof reader – checks for mistakes;
• a presenter – presents the poster when it is finished;
• a secretary – does technical work;
