Программное обеспечение: М.З. Биболетова, Н. Н. Трубанева, Enjoy English 7 класс, издательство «Титул».
Оборудование: доска, учебник, компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, экран, колонки.
Раздаточный материал: карточки с упражнениями, таблица для внесения ответов.
УМК “Enjoy English” 7 класс, рабочая тетрадь.
Цель урока: Активизация умений и навыков говорения по теме «Why study English».
Задачи урока:
Образовательная
-Ознакомление со способами словообразования существительных;
-Развитие навыков устной речи по теме: «Изучение иностранного языка»;
-Активизация лексических навыков;
-Развитие умений и навыков аудирования;
-Развитие умений и навыков просмотрового чтения
-Развитие умений кратко высказываться на данную тему: выражать свое мнение по
поводу необходимости изучать английский язык;
Практическая:
- повторить ранее изученный языковой материал
- формировать коммуникативные умения и навыки;
Воспитательная:
-воспитание положительного отношения к изучению иностранного языка;
-воспитание культуры общения;
-воспитание интереса к учению и формирование познавательной активности;
-формирование потребности в практическом использовании языка в различных сферах
деятельности.
Развивающая:
-развитие внимания, памяти.
Планируемые результаты:
- предметные: участие в диалоге – расспросе, употребление конструкции have to;
- метапредметные: умение с помощью вопросов получать нужную информацию; умение
слушать, вступать в диалог.

Сценарий урока:
1. Организационный момент. Приветствие
T: Good morning, boys and girls! I’m glad to see you!
Ps: Good morning, good morning, good morning to you, good morning dear teacher, we are
glad to see you too!
T: Thank you. Sit down. Let’s start out lesson. What day is it today? Who is absent today?
What is the weather like today?
Определение темы урока:
T: We have already known a lot about English language, we’ve learned many new words,
we’ve known what countries speak English. And today we will continue to know more about
English. So, today we will find out why you and your friends study English language.

2. Фонетическая зарядка:
T: On our last lessons we often used some words when spoke about learning foreign
languages. You can see some of them on the slide. Let’s remember them and repeat aloud all
together after me. (слайд 2)

T: Now read them please one by one and translate by chain.

T: Good, let’s read these words by groups. When the first group reads, another one listens it
very attentively.

T: Fine. Guys, look at the words and say, how do you think why these words were divided into
three groups.
Ps: They were divided into several groups, because it is different parts of speech.
T: Now you have another task with these words: make up some word expressions and translate
them. I’ll give you a minute to find some translation and think about the possible variants.
Ps: an official language, to produce videos, international journalists, an international language,
modern ideas, to exchange ideas, official communication, etc.
T: Good job!

- Now I want you to answer my questions. Be active and give the full answers, please.

5) Can you name English-speaking countries?
6) What the most frequently used languages in the world do you know?
7) What do you know about personal characteristics of the English?

T: As for me, English language is the very important part of my life. And what about you?
P1: As for me English is the interesting subject at school.
P2: As for me, English will help we to get a good job in the future…
T: Good. Thank you.
4. Развитие навыков устной речи
T: Nowadays English language is very popular. So, can you say why do you study English?
Open your books on page 45, exercise 45 will help you to answer my questions.
P1: I study English because I want to go abroad in the future
P2: I learn English, because I would like to have a good job…
T: There are different reasons why people all over the world learn English. Tell me please,
how do you think why people learn English language?
P1: Some people want to read books in original.
P2: Businessmen all over the world have to learn English to communicate with each other
T: Good! Thank you.
5. Развитие умений и навыков просмотрового чтения
T: Open your books on page 44, ex 42. Look through the text for several minutes. Let’s find
out why people all over the world study English.
P1: Politicians have to learn English to communicate with each other at the summit meetings.
P2: People have to learn this language because they want to travel abroad etc.
T: Fine! Let’s read the most popular reasons for learning English one by one. (слайд 5)
6. Активизация страноведческого материала
T: We found out why people all over the world learn English language. And one of the
reasons studying a foreign language is to listen and understand English songs. A lot of people
fond of listening foreign modern and past years’ songs. Now I offer you to listen two very
beautiful and well-known songs.

T: Does anybody know this song? What group does sing this song?
Ps: The Beatles.
T: What is the name of the song?
Ps: “Yesterday
T: Good. Now, let’s listen another one. (слайд 7) So, what song is it?
Ps: The singer is Stevie Wonder, the song is “I’ve just called”
T: If you want to get a good mark on the next lesson, you may find some information about
these singers, about their life and musical careers. I will be your additional home task.

8. Ознакомление со способами словообразования существительных
T: All pupils in our class would like to know English well. It is very important to know the
rules of word building. Let’s learn the suffixes of the nouns. You can see the example in
exercise 47, page 45. Как и в русском языке, в английском есть производные
существительные. Производные существительные образуются от простых
существительных или других частей речи с помощью суффикса или приставки. Сегодня
мы рассмотрим суффиксальный способ словообразования существительных. Наиболее
распространенными являются следующие суффиксы: (слайд 8)

T: You have read some examples. Can you name some nouns that have the same suffixes? I’ll
give you cards and you will fill in the table. The exercise is to be written. You have a few
minutes.

T: Ok, today you spoke English very nice. Thank you for your good answers. And now let’s
answer the questions:
Why do we study English language?
Is it necessary to us to study English?
Why?
T: Today at the lesson we have discussed the role of English in our life. I hope that you will
continue studying English and on the next lesson we shall speak about English-speaking
countries.
10. Домашнее задание, оценки за урок
T: Now open your diaries and write down your home task. At home you will do exercise 50
and 51 on page 46, and if you want to get an additional mark you will make a report about
«The Beatles» and Stevie Wonder.
