Extreme Sports МАОУ «Средняя школа №8» г. Когалыма учитель английского языка Занкович Алена Владимировна attracts lovers to feel the line between life and death, wanting to overcome your fear, force your heart-pounding action and nerves to sound like a strained string. Extreme Sport Zorbing (globe-riding, sphering, orbing) is the recreation or sport of rolling downhill in an orb, generally made of transparent plastic. Zorbing is generally performed on a gentle slope, but can also be done on a level surface, permitting more rider control. In the absence of hills some operators have constructed inflatable, wooden or metal ramps.

White-water rafting Rafting or white water rafting is a challenging recreational outdoor activity using an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water. This is usually done on white water or different degrees of rough water. Street luge is an extreme gravity-powered activity that involves riding a streetluge board (sometimes referred to as a sled) down a paved road or course. Street luge is also known as land luge or road luge. You sit in a rubber boat and sail down a mountain at great speed - and you can`t control the boat! Base Jumping Base Jumping, also sometimes written as B.A.S.E. jumping, is an activity where participants jump from fixed objects and use a parachute to break their fall. Bungee jumping Bungee jumping /ˈbʌndʒiː/ is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object, such as a hot-air-balloon or helicopter, that has the ability to hover above the ground. The thrill comes from the free-falling and the rebound. When the person jumps, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards again as the cord recoils, and continues to oscillate up and down until all the energy is dissipated. Ice Climbing Ice climbing, as the term indicates, is the activity of ascending inclined ice formations. Usually, ice climbing refers to roped and protected climbing of features such as icefalls, frozen waterfalls, and cliffs and rock slabs covered with ice refrozen from flows of water. Skydiving Skydiving is a sport involving a skydiver jumping down from an airplane while it is flying and parachuting to the ground. Skydiving can be done individually and with other people. Training is required to go solo. The jump can also be made from a helicopter or the bottom of a hot air balloon from 4000m or 13,000 ft. Some thrill seekers attempt to skydive without a parachute whilst flying through the air, and instead rely on the small parachutes they have professionals put on them. Resources:
