Тема урока: «American Films»
Цель урока:
развитие языковой компетенции учащихся через обобщение знаний по
теме «American Films»
Задачи урока:
Образовательные:
— тренировать и закреплять в речи учащихся лексические единицы по
теме;
— познакомить учащихся с жанрами фильмов;
— формировать речевые навыки, обеспечивающие познавательно-
коммуникативные потребности учащихся;
— расширять словарный запас учащихся.
Развивающие:
— развивать языковые способности и устойчивый интерес к изучению
английского языка;
— расширять кругозор обучающихся при помощи мультимедийных
средств, информации из Интернета;
Воспитательные:
- способствовать обогащению внутреннего мира учащихся;
- способствовать развитию объективного мнения.
Форма обучения направлена на практическую подготовленность
учащихся: владение английским языком в речи.
Развитие компетентностей:
— готовность к самообразованию;
— способность выражать свое мнение на иностранном языке;
— информационная;
— коммуникативная.
Необходимое оборудование и материалы для занятия –
операционная среда – Microsoft Windows XP, проектор, УМК
Ход урока
I. Организационный момент. Приветствие.
- Good morning, dear friends! I’m glad to see you. Welcome to English
lesson! How are you today?
- Fine, thanks.
- Sit down, please. I’m fine too. If you are ready, let’s begin our lesson.
- Now, look at the screen. What are there? Do you know these films?
- let’s name them! (Ученики называют фильмы, которые они узнали)
- How do you usually watch films: on TV, on DVD or at the cinema? Why?
- Where were all these films produced?
- Now, who can tell me the theme of our lesson today? (American films)
II.
- How do you think, all this films have the same genre or different? What
kinds of genres do you know? Let’s match the films with the genres.
III.
- What do you do before you choose the films for watching? (We read the
reviews!)
- Well, we have two reviews, let’s read them and try to guess the films.
(Titanic, The Matrix Reloaded)
- Open your books at page 68 ex. 3. There is a dialogue. Read the 1
st
exchange. Where are the people? What are they doing? (They are in the
shop and choosing DVD)
- Listen to the dialogue. Are you right?
- You have 3 sentences. Complete them. Let’s check them.
- Who wants to read this dialogue? Look at the words in bold. Let’s explain
them. Open your vocabularies and copy this words.
IV.
- Now, look at the board. There are two sentences.
- I saw this film last weekend. I have already seen this film.
- What is the difference between these sentences? (Past Simple, Present
Perfect)
- Open p. 69 ex. 6. You have 3 minutes for it. Сheck it with your partner.
- Now ex. 7. What is the difference between two time expressions FOR or
SINCE? Do ex. 7. Let’s check it.
V.
- Boys and girls, what are we talking about during today lesson? (we are
talking about American films)
- how do you think, is the cinema immortal? And why?
- now your home task: p.77 ex.7
