«He has a few friends»

Цели и задачи урока:
1. Ввести новый грамматический материал и отработать его
употребление.
2. Тренировать учащихся в употреблении местоимений some, any, much,
many и выражения a lot of.
3. Практиковать учащихся в чтении.
Грамматический материал: местоимения few и a little.
Ход у р о к а
1. Приветствие и организационный момент начала урока:
Т: Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you. Sit down, please! How are
you, P1? How are you, P2? How are you, P3? Who is on duty today? Who is
away( absent) today? Who is late today? What date is today? What day of the
week is it today? (Беседа ведется во фронтальном режиме).
Т: Fine, let’s begin!
2. Речевая зарядка.
a) T: People usually have breakfast at home, don’t they? Pretend your Mum
isn’t in this morning. Your sister must make breakfast. She is going to make an
omelette and some sandwiches. She asks a lot of questions. Can you answer them?
Role play the dialogue, please. (Pi задает вопросы другим ученикам, например:
How much milk do I need? How many eggs do I need? Etc. Беседа ведется в
режиме P1—> P2, Р3,Р4,...)-
3. Контроль домашнего задания.
a) Т: I am glad you know how many eggs, and how much milk you need to
make an omelette. What do you want to make when you need a lot of milk and
eggs, and some salt and butter? (Учащиеся рассказывают стихотворение из
домашнего задания).
Т: 1 think your cake will be very tasty!
b) T: What sentences aren’t correct of Ex. B? Why? (Учащиеся читают и
объясняют, почему они их исправили).
4. Введение нового грамматического материала и его отработка.
a) Т: С существительными также употребляются местоимения few и
little. В слове few буквосочетание — ew передает звук [ ju:]. Let’s read the
words of Ex. 1 on Page 118.
b) T: Let’s look through the rule and analyze it. And P1 will help us to
understand the rule better.
(один из учеников чертит на доске схему по наводящим вопросам учителя и

Т: Is it all clear? Now let’s do some different exercises. First you should
translate the sentences from English into Russian. Ex.2p.127
Let’s try to complete the sentences with the words very few or very little of
Ex.3p.128. (Это упражнение выполняется устно).
c) Т: Very good. I think you can do a more difficult task. Can you fill in the
gaps with very little /very few and some other words? At first you must translate
the sentence. Ex.4p.128 (Упражнение выполняется фронтально).
d) T: When can we use the words many, much and a lot of? (Учащиеся
вспоминают правило употребления этих слов).
e) Т: You are very good at the grammar. Are you good at the translation, too?
Who can translate the sentences of Ex. 6 without mistakes? (Упражнение можно
выполнить аналогично предыдущему. Можно напомнить учащимся, что
перевод структур there is / there are лучше начать с конца предложения).
f) Т: And now let’s work in two groups and translate some sentences from
Russian into English. We’ll do the translation on the blackboard. One pupil must
go to the blackboard and write the first sentence from Ex.7. When he makes a
mistake, another member must go to the blackboard, correct it, and go on
translating. What group can do it faster? The first group must translate sentences
1, 3 and 5. The second group will do it with sentences 2, 4, and 6.
(Это упражнение можно провести в виде соревнования, потому что
однообразие при выполнении грамматических упражнений снижает интерес
учащихся к изучению темы и утомляет их).
h) Т: So, the winners are...! (Команде-победителю можно немного
поаплодировать).
Т: And now let’s play a memory game. Look at the picture on Page 119 for a
moment, then close your book and name all the things you can see in the table and
in the fridge. Use the words very little, a lot of, very few, some, and any.
(Учащиеся называют предложения по очереди. Побеждает тот, кто
назвал последнее предложение).
i) Т: Great! Look at the fridges on Page 129. Who can find ten differences?
(Это упражнение тоже можно выполнить в виде конкурса. Учащиеся
называют отличия до первой ошибки).
Т: Very nice! Who is our champion? (Учащиеся должны назвать ученика,
который сделал меньше всего ошибок при выполнении грамматических
упражнений. Ему можно вручить какой-нибудь переходящий приз,
например, медаль из фольги с надписью «Grammar Champion», который
можно будет использовать и на других уроках грамматики).
5. Практика в чтении.
Т: I think when there is a lot of food in the fridge there are no problems with
family breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. But Betsey has a lot of problems. Read
the text about her problems. (Учащиеся могут прочесть этот текст про себя).
Т: Read the questions and choose the answers to them.
(Вопросы и ответы на них лучше прочесть вслух).
Т: So, why does Betsey have a lot of problems? (Учащиеся должны найти
ответ в тексте и зачитать его вслух).
6. Подведение итогов урока. Домашнее задание.
Т: Thank you for your work at the lesson. Your marks are... I think you’ll
have no problems with your homework. Write it down, please. You must do Ex. A
on Page 121. Do this exercise in your Workbooks. Be ready for a test at the next
lesson. Any questions? See you on...
