Методическая разработка урока.
Тема урока: «Russia for foreigners».(Россия для
иностранцев.)
Цели:
образовательная
расширение страноведческих знаний; обогащение словарного запаса по теме
"Russia for foreigners"("Россия для иностранцев"); активизация лексических
единиц по данной теме.
развивающая
развитие способности догадываться о значении лексических единиц; умения
импровизировать; развитие памяти и логического мышления; способствовать
развитию интеллектуальной, эмоциональной, мотивационной сферы;
развивать внимание, воображение, логику и познавательную активность.
воспитательная
формирование самостоятельности и познавательного интереса к изучаемой
теме; воспитание любви к родной стране; развитие интереса к изучению
английского языка, как источника информации и новых знаний.
Тип урока:
урок – активизация лексики по теме.
Ход урока:
I. Организационный момент
Учитель: Good afternoon! Glad to see you again!
Look at the screen, please!

Учитель: What have you seen? Give a name to our lesson!
Ученики: ( Moscow, Russia, people, foreigners, etc. Russia for foreigners!)

II. Фонетическая зарядка.
Учитель: Can you speak English? Where do you live? Do you like the country you
live in? Are you a pupil? Do you often travel? Have ever been a tourist? What
countries did you visit? Will you go abroad this year? Have you got a friend from
any foreign country?
III. Активизация новой лексики:
Учитель:Let's see if you know a lot of words connected to Russia. You have the
handouts at your desks . Your task is to find more words about Russia.
(Список слов: Europe, football, island, cold, king, tsar, caviar, porridge, ruble, tea-
urn, Ural, empire, pound, lord, amber, Beatles, birch, patriot, Eurasia, parliament,
expanse, Palekh boxes, monarch, queen, bears, Shakespeare, Big Ben, matryochka
doll, fur-hat, Stonehenge, Tower, Kremlin, Red Square, Soviet Union.

Учитель: So, go to the blackboard and check up your answers.
Учитель: Now, we are going to think of what we can say to foreigners about our
country. Let's use the new words . For example the first team will tell us about
traditional Russian dishes and the second one will tell us about traditional Russian
souvenirs.
(Ученики составляют небольшую информацию о России, используя новые
слова.)
Учитель: Knowing a foreign language gives you a chance to exchange information
with people from other countries. Naturally, we want to know as much as possible
about each other. Russia has always been a country of mystery and attraction for
foreigners. We live in Caucasus, Adygea, in Maykop. We see a lot of foreigners
from all over the world there. What are they attracted with? Let's watch the short
project made by your classmate Roma Tugov.

Ученикам предлагается просмотреть проект "Иностранцы в Адыгее"-диалог
интервью, подготовленный одноклассником Туговым Ромой.)
Учитель: Tell me, please, who have you seen in this film? What is his name?
Where is he from? Where does he study? Why did he arrive to Maykop? What
does he like in our place a lot? (Ученики отвечают на вопросы услышанного
разговора.)
Учитель: We, people living in Adigea, love our place and are proud of it. What
can we be proud of? ( Ученики: we can be proud of our traditions, our kitchen,
our nature, etc.)
Учитель: Does every foreigner know about us? Can we make our Republic
become one of the often visited resorts in the world? How?
Учитель: I'll show you a short video about our sights, afterwards you'll prepare the
information that can be an advertisement. The words and word combinations will
help you.

(Ученики просматривают видео и приступают к составлению рекламы,
опираясь на раздаточные материалы-слова и словосочетания, затем один из
представителей команды защищает работу.)

Учитель:

2. What interesting facts have you learned during the lesson?
3. Can you tell me if our advertisement will be useful for foreigners?
