Конспект урока в 9 классе по теме «In the World of Movie»
Цели:
• Активизация тематической лексики УМК в устной речи учащихся в
диалогической и монологической форме в процессе развития иноязычной
коммуникативной компетенции школьников;
• Развитие умений и навыков учащихся средствами изученного иностранного
языка выражать свое отношение к просмотренным фильмам и различным
жанрам киноискусства;
• Развитие навыка аудирования;
• Приобщение учащихся к высотам киноискусства как одной из активных
форм проведения свободного времени с пользой;
• Обучение письму.
• Приобщение к проектной деятельности.
Good morning. Sit down, please.
You know, every morning when I go to school I see different posters of new films.
And I search film that I want to watch. And do you like movies? (Children give
their answers)
Do you spend much time watching different Films? (Answers)
I want to know what films you like but before I want to remember some things
about movies that we have already known.
I want you to remember some films. Match the picture with the name of the film.
(Slide 1)
Ok. Now it’s more difficult task: match the plot with the film. (Slide 2)
Match the main actors with the films where they shoot. (Slide 3) (Some children
ask each other: “Where did he/she shoot?” and other children answer).
And more difficult. Please, define the genre of these films. But before let’s
remember them. (Children read and translate the names of genres that are written
on the board). (Slide 4)
Now, please, match the genre with its definition. (Slide 5)
Well, now name the genre of these films and explain why you think so. (Children
give answers and ask their classmates to prove their viewpoint using information
that they have already known). (Slide 6)
You remember almost everything. Now, please, look at the lists that I’m giving
you. Here is the description of a famous movie. I ask you to read it and to fill the

Let’s check. (A teacher presents the description of the film and the filled table on
the screen, all together we check and then one of the pupils performs the film using
only information in the table). (Slide 7)

In the beginning of our lesson I told you that I want to know what films you like.
That’s why at home you have to prepare a presentation of yur favourite film
according to our plan. Of course with pictures.
