Задачи урока:
Образовательные:
- изучение лексического материала по теме «Здоровье»,
- повторение грамматического материала (модальный глагол «should» , Present
Perfect Tense, Past Simple Tense)
- развитие навыков говорения, чтения и письма по теме.
Развивающие:
- развитие коммуникативных навыков по теме «Здоровье»,
- развитие творческих способностей учащихся,
- развитие памяти, внимания и мышления,
- способствовать развитию аналитической и сопоставительной деятельности.
Воспитательные:
- воспитание здоровых привычек и культуры здорового образа жизни,
- воспитание умения работать в сотрудничестве,
- расширение кругозора учащихся.
Тип урока: комбинированный.
Оборудование: интерактивная доска, раздаточный материал (карточки с
заданиями), докторский халат, смайлики для оценивания ответов учащихся.
Используемые технологии: здоровьесберегающие технологии.

Ход урока.
1. Организационный момент.
Сообщение темы и цели урока.
T-Good morning, dear children!
How are you doing? I am very glad to see you!
T-Today we are going to speak about health problems. Health is the most important
thing in people’s life. Some people are healthy, some people are unhealthy. We can’t
buy health, but we can do a lot to be fit. The pictures on the board will help you to guess
what we are going to speak about. What are we going to speak about?
P- We are going to speak about healthy way of life.
T- You are right! So today we are going to speak about our health, about what we
should to be healthy, about doctors, because they help us to be healthy.
2. Фонетическая зарядка.Phonetic Practice.
T- But first of all we should revise some words on our topic.
Look at the board, please. Repeat after me all together.

{O}- Tooth-teeth, think;
{k}- Neck, back, dark;
3. Речевая зарядка.Warming. Brainstorming.
T- Look at the board. What can you see in it?
P- I can see a prehistoric man.
T- How do you think was he strong?
P- He was strong.
T- Were his legs and arms strong?
P- His legs and arms were strong.
T- Was he tall or short?
P- He was short.
T- What was his forehead?
P- His forehead was low.

T- Was his neck thing or thick?
P- His neck was thick.
4. Чтение текста с детальным пониманием прочитанного (reading for
detail )
T- Look at your sheets of paper. Read the text about the prehistoric woman.
She was not tall. She walked on strong legs and flat feet. Her arms were long and her
body was short. She had a large nose. Her head was large on a short thick neck. She
had big, round, intelligent, dark brown eyes, her teeth were white.
T- Answer my questions:
-What were her arms?
-What were her feet?
- What nose did she have?
- What were her eyes?
-What color were her teeth?
5. Физкультминутка. PT minute.
6.Поговорки о здоровье. Proverbs about health.
T- You have learnt some proverbs about health. Look at your sheets of paper. You must
put the words in a logical order.
- Wealth/ is/ good/ above/ health.
- A/ day/ apple/ an/ away/ keeps/ doctor/ a.
- To/healthy/ bed/ wise/ makes/ a/ rise/ man/ early/ and/ early/ to/ wealthy.
- Are/ what/ you/ eat/ you.
- Mind/ healthy/ body/ healthy.
T- Are you ready? Let’s check you up.
The first proverb runs:
P- “Good health is above wealth”.
The second proverb runs:
P- “An apple a day keeps a doctor away”.
The third proverb runs:
P- “Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.
The fourth proverb runs:
P- “You are what you eat”.
The fifth proverb runs:

P- “Healthy body, healthy mind”.
T- Right you are.
Our next task is to find the Russian equivalents for these English proverbs. Match the
Russian and English sentences.
1. “Good health is above wealth”.

3. “Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.
4. “You are what you eat”.
5. “Healthy body, healthy mind”.

7. Кодекс здоровья. Health code.
T- Let’s revise the modal verb “should”.
The next task is to make “Health code”. You have a list of recommendations we should
follow or shouldn’t follow to be healthy. Tick the right point.
- Getup early and go to bed early.
- Wash your hands before eating.
- Smoke.
- Watch TV too long.
- Go in for sports.
- Clean your teeth once a day.
- Sleep enough.
- Take a cold shower.
- Eat too many sweets.
- Spend much time indoors.
- Eat between meals.
- Air the room.
Vocabulary:
Smoke- курить
Once a day- один раз в день
Enough - достаточно
Cold shower - холодный душ

Between meals - между едой
Air - проветривать
T- Have you finished the task? What should we do to be healthy?
What should we not do?
8. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.A cоnversation.
T- Make your own dialogue, use the words given:
A toothache, an earache, a headache, a backache, a stomachache, the flue, a cold.
T- Repeat after me all together.
T- Let’s revise Present Simple and Past Simple Tense. Example:
-Have you ever had a cold?
- Yes, I have.
-When was it?
- It was two weeks ago.
- Has your leg ever hurt?
- Yes, it has.
- When did it hurt?
- A week ago.
9. Подведение итогов урока. Summing up.
T-Our lesson has come to the end. I see you know much about the roles of keeping
fit. And I hope you will care of your health in everyday life. Thank you for your work.
You were very active today. Please, count your smiles. How many smiles do you
have? Your marks are excellent.
10. Домашнее задание. Home task.
T- Your home task is: new words learn by heart, the dialogue you have made learn
by heart.
