Тема: “English speaking countries” quiz

Цели:

1. воспитательные:

- воспитание устойчивого интереса учащихся к английскому языку

- создание эмоционально-положительного фона на уроке

2. развивающие:

-развитие интереса учащихся к изучаемому предмету

-совершенствование фонетических навыков, навыков аудирования, чтения и

устной речи

- повышение интереса учащихся к английскому языку

- развитие произвольного внимания

- развитие логического мышления

3. практические:

- обучение диалогической речи

-формирование навыков работы школьников с дополнительной литературой.

Задачи:

- формирование лексического навыка (употребление ЛЕ по теме «English

speaking countries »)

- формирование орфографического навыка (употребление ЛЕ по теме «English

speaking countries »)

- формирование умения находить ключевые слова

- формирование умения адекватно реагировать на реплику собеседника

- формирование умения последовательно развивать свое высказывание на

английском языке

Учитель: Good afternoon everybody! We are happy to see you at our competition. It

is devoted to the English-speaking countries. I’m sure you’ve read a lot of books and

got useful information about this topic. This competition will show your

achievements and your knowledge of the matter. I wish you success. Be active,

honest and helpful. I have invited a competent jury to count the points. The members

of the jury are your English teachers: Irina Alexandrovna and Irina Ivanovna.

We glad to see you here.

Учитель: Well done. I see that our captains know everything about the USA. But

now there is one more competition.

Каждая команда обдумывает три вопроса для соперников. ( Во время конкурса

капитанов). Если ответ верный, то команда получает балл, если ответ неверный,

то команда, задавшая вопрос, дает правильный ответ.

IV.Четвертый тур. Portraits.

Well, and the last task for you is to say the name of the famous person and for what

he was famous for.

Командам одновременно предъявляются по одному портрету знаменитого

человека страны изучаемого языка (политических деятелей, писателей, поэтов,

композиторов, художников, певцов или спортсменов). Задание: назвать имя

этого человека и рассказать, чем он прославился. Учитывается правильность и

подробность.(исп.приложение)
