Тема: «The most common meters»
Цели:
- понять основные грамматические признаки по теме «Значение и функции местоимения
one» , поиск и выделение необходимой информации (конспект);
-составлять монологическое высказывание с использованием нового грамматического
материала;
-читать и переводить текст.
Задачи:
1.Тренировка произносительных навыков.
2. Ознакомление с лексикой по теме «The most common meters»
3.Изучение грамматического материала и активизация грамматических навыков по теме:
«ONE»
Методы обучения:

2.репродуктивные

Теоретическая часть
Grammar activities
One может иметь следующие значения и функции:
1) One в качестве неопределенно-личного местоимения обычно употребляется в
функции подлежащего. В этом случае one на русский язык не переводится.
One does not know how to act in such circumstances.
Не знаешь, как действовать в таких случаях.
One should be careful.
Нужно быть осторожным.
One must know one's duties.
Нужно знать свои обязанности.
2) One может употребляться для замены ранее упомянутого существительного в
единственном числе. Для замены существительного во множественном числе
употребляется ones. В этой функции one (ones) переводится либо существительным,
которое оно заменяет, либо совсем не переводится:
You may take my dictionary. - Thank you, I have got one.
Вы можете взять мой словарь. - Благодарю вас, у меня есть (словарь).
Last summer I read many English books, and my friend read some German ones.
Прошлым летом я прочитал много английских книг, а мой друг - несколько немецких
(книг).
One может также употребляться после местоимений this, that, another, the other для
замены существительного в единственном числе, а после местоимения which - для замены
существительного как в единственном, так и во множественном числе:
I have read this book, give me another one.
Я читал эту книгу, дайте мне другую.
I shall show you some books and you will tell me which ones you would like to read.
Я покажу вам несколько книг, и вы скажете мне, какие вы хотели бы прочитать.
One в притяжательном падеже переводится местоимением свой:
One should never forget one's promise.
Никогда не следует забывать своего обещания.
Практическая часть
Прочитайте и переведите текст.
The most common meters used are the ohmmeter, the ammeter and the voltmeter. The ohmmeter
is used to measure the value of resistance. It consists of a milliammeter calibrated to read in
ohms, a battery and resistors. The meter is connected in parallel and the circuit is not opened
when its resistance is measured. The readings on the scale show the measured value. The
ammeter is used to measure the value of current. When the ammeter is used the circuit should be
opened at one point and the terminals of the meter should be connected to it. One should take
into consideration that the positive terminal of the meter is connected to the positive terminal of
the source; the negative terminal — to the negative terminal of the source. The ammeter should
be connected in series. The readings on the scale show the measured value.
