Winter Olympic Games in Sochi 2014 was a very important sport event for many countries all around the world and especially for Russia. At the home Olympics, our team won 13 gold, 11 silver and 9 bronze medals. In the unofficial team competition the Russian team took the first place. For the first time Russians have won in bobsleigh, skeleton, snowboarding and short track.
