Тема урока «Poverty. Fighting for the “high” life? »
Цель урока:
Развивать навыки чтения с поиском заданной информации
(поисковое чтение)
Способствовать развитию навыков говорения по теме «Бедность. В
борьбе за «высокий» уровень жизни?»
Систематизация лексических знаний по теме «Бедность. В борьбе за
«высокий» уровень жизни?»
Учить учащихся осмыслению извлеченной информации.
Оборудование: мультимедийный проектор, учебник, презентация,
видеоролик.
Ход урока.
1. Орг. Момент (1 минута)
Рапорт дежурного: T.: Who is on duty today?
P.: I’m
T.: What date is it today?
P.: Today is the 20

of December.
T.: Are all present today?
P.: Yes, we are.
2.Введение в тему урока. (1 минута)
Показ картинок по теме бедность.
T.: What do you think the theme of our lesson will be? (ученики называют
тему)
T.: Yes, that’s right. “Poverty. Fighting for “high” life?” (Тема урока написана
на доске)
Let’s start our work.
The targets of our lesson are developing skills of skimming reading, learning
new words to the theme of our lesson, developing skills of speaking to our
theme.
2. Фонетическая зарядка. (2 минуты)
На экране появляются слова, дети повторяют слова за учителем и говорят
какое слово лишнее.
T.: Repeat after me. Well. What word is add?

3. Речевая зарядка. (3 минуты)

4. Проверка домашнего задания. (8 минут)

T.: Who wants to answer?
Ученик1 отвечает упражнение2, ученик №2 отвечает пересказ текста
упражнение 4А.
5. Новая тема. Работа с текстом. (10минут)
Дети разделены на 3 группы. Каждой группе учитель дает задание. (См.
Приложение №1)
6. Релаксация (0,5 минуты)
Дети слушают музыку.
T.: I think you are tired. Please, close your eyes and listen to music.
7. Проверка выполненных заданий (10 минут)
Презентация. Слайды № 3,4,5.
8. Оценивание работы групп. (0,5 минуты)
9. Домашнее задание
10. Вывод. Подведение итогов. (9 минут)
Чтение текста. Задание: перевести предложения, выразить свое отношение к
этим людям. Опора на доске.
