в 7 классе « Безопасность в городе».

Цель урока:
совершенствование коммуникативных навыков посредством межпредметных
связей (английский язык и ОБЖ) по теме "Безопасность в городе».
Задачи:
закрепить и обобщить знания учащихся по теме « Жизнь в городе»;
развивать навыки монологической речи учащихся; навыки анализа и
обобщения знаний, умения сотрудничать и работать в команде, навыки
ОБЖ;
способствовать расширению эрудиции учащихся, их лингвистического,
филологического и общего кругозора;
воспитывать личностные качества: ответственность, самостоятельность;
культуру поведения на дороге, в транспорте, дома;
формировать потребность в практическом использовании английского
языка;
предупреждать переутомление у учащихся путем смены деятельности;
способствовать укреплению духовного, эмоционального здоровья
учащихся, повышению устойчивости к стрессогенным факторам
социальной среды.
Оборудование: карточки с заданиями для индивидуальной, парной и
групповой работы, компьютер, магнитофон, постеры, клей.
Ход урока
1. Организационный момент и разминка. Warm up. ( 1 минута)
T: Hello! How are you? What` s the news?
S: I` ve got a new book etc
T : That` s fine! etc.
2. Определение темы урока. ( 1 минута)
T: Look at the word combinations. What is the general word for these word
combinations?
Word combinations: hustle and bustle, heavy traffic, skyscrapers
Students: City!
T: Yes, you are right. Today we are going to speak about the city. Give
adjectives describing life in the city
S: interesting, busy, expensive, dangerous
3.Работа в группах. Активизация лексики. ( 2 minutes)
T: Thanks, you`ve said dangerous but what are the dangers of the city? Can you
name them? Let`s work in groups. Take sheets of paper. Put down the dangers
of the city.
( Heavy traffic, crowded streets, burglars, pollution, crime, city animals, traffic
jams)
Group1 How many words do you have? Please, read out your words and the rest
cross out the same words ( white sheets)
Now, please, explain what do you mean by saying ‘heavy traffic” ?
S: many cars
T: burglars?
S: people who steal things
4. Определение подтемы урока. ( 2 минуты)
T: Thanks! My question is how do people live in the city? There are so many
dangers! Look at the words and try to guess how people should live in the city.
What should they know?
A seatbelt, alarm system, traffic lights So, give a general word for
these ones
S: They should know safety rules!
T: Yes, the people should observe safety rules. So, the topic of our lesson is
Safety in the Сity. By the way, how do you usually get to school?
S: by car, on foot, by bus
5. Работа в парах. ( 4 minutes)
T: There are a lot of means of transport. Let`s solve the puzzle.
Find 9 means of transport.( blue sheets)

S: You should wear a seatbelt, shouldn`t talk to the driver …
6. Фронтальная работа. (2 minutes)
T: Now imagine your way to school: your father or mother drove you to school
and you are in the street. You`re pedestrians. What should you do to be safe ?
Let`s play True or False (поднимаем цветные ладошки)
Be very, very careful when you cross the street.
Always run over the street.
Don’t play in the street.
Cross the street when the light is green.
Look to the left, to the right, then look up and check up the light.
Don’t wait for the cars to stop.
When all the cars have stopped it’s time for you to go
A driver mustn’t reduce speed near the school.

7. Физкультминутка. (2 minutes)
T: Thanks. Now imagine you are not in the street. The lessons are over .You
are at home. You are quite tired. (физкультминутка)
Close your eyes, imagine you` re at home, relax, where is your house? Just
dream…..

8. Индивидуальная работа. ( 3 minutes)
So, your houses are at the sea. OK. Is your house safe? Are you safe at
home? What should you do to be safe at home?
Students` answers.
Take sheets of paper and read the text and find more cases to be safe at
home.
S: Leave the radio on when you are away.
9. Проектная работа. (10 minutes)
T: I see you know all safety rules! Well done, boys and girls! Let`s split in
groups. Leaders, come up to me , please! Choose the task for your group, please.
(лидеры выбирают наугад постеры с названиями правил безопасности).
T: Take your seats. Let`s read the task on the envelopes.
Task
1. Read all the rules and choose the ones on your topic.
2. Stick them on your poster.
3. Make a report about your safety rules.
4. Work together.
(Учащиеся выбирают из 15 предложенных правил только те, которые
подходят к теме, выбранной капитаном : Home Safety Rules, Car Safety
Rules,Street Safety Rules, а затем приклеивают их в произвольном
порядке на постер, время ограничено)
10.Презентация проекта. ( 6 minutes)
Каждая команда прикрепляет постер на доску и рассказывает о правилах
безопасности. Другая команда слушает и переводит на русский язык.
T: Children, thank you! What do you think which project and its presentation is
the best? Why?
11. Самооценка и взаимооценка. ( 3 minutes)
T: Take sheets of paper and evaluate your work in groups while making a
poster.

12. Завершение урока. Задание на дом. Выставление оценок. (3 minutes)
T: So, your marks for today are according to your lists. Now tell me, please,
what have we spoken today about?
S: We spoke about safety rules in the city.
T: Yes, you are quite right! But there is one more point we are going to speak
about next time. Please take sheets of paper. Read the title “ Fire Safety”. It`ll be
your hometask for tomorrow. As you see there are 2 tasks on the list. If you
want to have a five you should do all the tasks. If you want to have a four, it will
be enough to do only the first task. Is it clear? Open your diaries and put down
your hometask: Card.
Please, take red and green palms. If you like my lesson, wave with a red palm, if
you don`t raise green ones.
