Тема: Все работы хороши, выбирай на вкус
Цели:
- обучающая: совершенствование лексических навыков
- воспитывающая: воспитание уважительного отношения и формирование интереса к
разным профессиям
Задачи:
1. Активизировать ранее изученную лексику по теме «Профессии».
2. Развивать навыки монологической речи.
3. Развивать навыки аудирования.
4. Формировать и совершенствовать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся,
развивать интерес к языку.
Тип урока- урок изучения нового материала и систематизации ранее полученных
знаний по теме.
Методы обучения: ролевая игра, диалог, сoздание ситуации новизны.
Формы организации познавательной деятельности учащихся
фронтальная, парная, индивидуальная.
Оснащение урока: УМК, доска, мультимедийная презентация, аудиоматериал,
раздаточный материал.
ХОД УРОКА
1.Организационный момент, постановка задач урока
Good morning, everyone! Take your seats and we’ll start our lesson. First, I would like you to look at the
screen, read today’s epigraph and tell me what we’re going to talk about at the lesson.
P: (reads) “Every man is the architect of his own fortune”. An English proverb
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” (Unknown Author)

T: You are right. So, we should continue our talk on the topic « The world of jobs. All works are good, choose
to your liking». Today we’ll do some lexical exercises to improve your speech.
2.Фонетическая зарядка
На доске – слова, учащиеся тренируются в чтении существительных и прилагательных.
Teacher: Let’s do a phonetic drill . Look at the blackboard and read the words which end with suffixes:

3. Речевая зарядка
Teacher: First of all, I’d like to tell you about the difference between the words: profession, job, occupation
and work.(определения выводятся на экран)
Profession a job that needs a special education and training.
Job the regular paid work that you do for an employer.
Occupation a job or profession.
Work to do the job that you are paid for.
Teacher: Now answer the questions using the word combinations on the screen (get/find, take/accept, lose,
leave/quit a job, apply/try to get a job, job satisfaction, change jobs,Saturday/summer/holiday job,by
profession/choose sth as a profession.)
1. What is your mother by profession?
2. What is your father by profession?
3. What company does your father work for?
4. Is it an easy matter to get a job nowadays?
5. What profession will you choose?
4. Активизация использования лексики. Игра “Угадай профессию”
Teacher: Now it’s time for a guessing-game “What profession is it?” (учащиеся выбирают карточку с
описанием и называют профессию)

5. someone who stands in front of the group of musicians or singers and directs their playing or singing

5. Совершенствование навыков говорения.
a) Вопросно-ответная форма работы
Teacher: You know, among professions we can find modern and ancient, noble, dangerous, prestigious. Will
you describe some of the professions giving some more details? What professions can be dangerous?
T: Can you describe one of them?
T: Good. Thank you. And what professions are considered to be noble? Do you know them?
T: Thank you. Are there any doctors in your family? Do you know what most of the girls dream of?
T: Well, girls did you used to dream of such professions?
T:There is one special profession. You meet those people every day. What is more I think they influence
your life, your mood and even your future… Have you guessed what kind of profession it is?
T:And what do you think of this profession?
b) Now let’s play a game which is called “a hot chair”. The game is simple. One of you will come up here
and sit down on the “hot” chair, the others will speak honestly about his(her) traits of character and give their
advice or recommend what occupation suits him/her most.
Remember, you may agree with him/her or disagree, support him or not.
o What do you want to be (to become)?
o Why do you want to be…? (Why did you choose this occupation?)
o Who helped you to choose it?
o Where will you get education?
o Do you think you have qualities required for this job?
c) Say what jobs you would recommend these school leavers to take up if you were a school career
adviser. (учащиеся выбирают карточку)

6. Подготовка к аудированию (Listening and speaking, Macmillan, Unit 12)
Teacher: Now we are going to listen to how these people describe their everyday duties. Look at the screen
and say what professions of these people are .
Ученики смотрят на экран и называют: photographer, teacher, cook, judge, shop assistant, radio DJ.
Teacher: Say what they usually do every day?
Ученики описывают их профессиональные каждодневные обязанности.
7. Развитие навыков аудирования по теме
Teacher: Now you will listen to these people. (учащиеся выполняют письменно задание после
прослушивания)
8. Подведение итогов урока. Выставление оценок. Домашнее задание.
T: And I want to finish our lesson with a poem. (На экран выводится следующий слайд презентации со
стихотворением)
