1.In my opinion an Ideal Welfare State must be available for everybody. 2.If people work they must pay contributions. 3.Some benefits are available to the unemployed, the sick, the retired and disabled. 4.Every child is entitled to a child allowance in spite of the income of his parent's. 5.Pensioners must be paid a high pension. 6.Women will get a pension at the age of 55, and men at 60.

I think that there are great disad- vantages in medical system in our country. It is connected with poor level of medical equipment.

• Another problem is it takes too much time between examining and setting of a diagnose in our medical system.
• One more problem is the salary of medical specialists.
• Nowadays there are many prob- lems with tablets. They are low quality of preparations.

The elderly mustn’t live in poverty. All grandparents don’t feel like taking care of their grandchildren full-time.

Some people who are entitled to benefits don’t receive them, because they don’t understand the complicated system and they are not able to fill in all the forms.
