Урок английского языка в 5 классе
Тема: Времена года (по учебнику К.И. Кауфман)
Цели урока:
1. учебные:
совершенствование лексических навыков говорения;
совершенствование навыков аудирования.
2. развивающие:
развивать внимание и память учащихся;
развивать творческие способности учащихся.
3. воспитательные:
воспитывать у учащихся интерес к изучению культуры разных
стран;
воспитывать чувство любви и бережного отношения к
природе
Задачи урока:
1. Учить описывать времена года;
2. Обучать восприятию информации на слух и выражать свое понимание;
3. Обеспечить отработку изучаемой лексики и грамматических структур.
Оборудование: Интерактивная доска Starboard, компьютерная презентация
Лексический материал: лексика по теме “Seasons”
Грамматический материал: Конструкции It rains; It snows. Безличные
предложения.
Ход урока:
1. Организационный момент. Начало урока. Приветствие.
Teacher: Good morning, children!
Pupils: Good morning, good morning, good morning to you,
Good morning, good morning, we are glad to see you!
- How are you today?
- We are fine! Thank you!
- What day is it today?
- Today is Wednesday.
- What date is it today?
- Today is the 15
th
of April.
- Is anybody absent?
- Nobody is.
- Let’s start with a little poem. ( Cлайд №1)
Autumn is yellow,
Winter is white,
Spring is green,
Summer is bright.
T.:- What is this poem about?
Ps:- It is about seasons.
- Yes, right you are. So, today we
shall speak about …
- …seasons. We’ll speak about your
favourite season and learn about a
beautiful spring holiday.

T: But first let’s practice in English phonetics:
Listen to the sound, pronounce it correctly and name the words with it:

a). Look at the table and find the words about seasons (Слайд № 3). ( Для
проверки задания используется режим «непрозрачный экран/ширма»).
b). Match the text and the picture: Let’s read them all together (Слайд № 4).
(используется инструмент «перо»)
Summer is fun

Until nine o’clock.

b). Make up some sentences with these phrases: (Слайд № 5). (используются
инструменты «выбрать и переместить»

What season is it? – It’s spring (summer).
3. Совершенствование навыков аудирования.
Используется модуль ФЦИОР(mmc.english_5_9.weather.L4.03 ( 6-7 слайды)

a). New words. Repeat after the speaker.
b). And now listen to the text about seasons.
с). Answer the questions:
1. How many seasons are there in a year?
2. When does winter start?
3. Does it snow in winter?
4. What season comes after winter?
5. Is the sky blue in spring?
6. Name summer months.
7. Are the days long in summer?
8. When do children come back to school?
9. What colour is the sky?

c). -Who likes spring?

- Please, tell us about your favourite
season - spring.
(3-4 ученика рассказывают по опорам о своем любимом времени года. Объем
высказывания - 6-7 фраз)
4. Введение страноведческой информации
Teacher: I see that you like spring very much. But why do you like it?
Pupils: - I like spring because it is warm.
- I like spring because we can play football.
Teacher: Yes, right you are. But I like spring because we celebrate a beautiful
holiday in this season. Look at the pictures and guess what it is.
(Слайды10-11) (Учащиеся должны догадаться, о каком празднике идет речь.)
Children:This is … ПАСХА.
Teacher: Yes, of course. It’s EASTER. British and Russian people celebrate Easter
in April. It is a religious holiday. Easter symbols are the cross, coloured eggs and
Easter cards. Mothers bake kulichi and colour eggs. Children get many presents:
chocolate, sweets and toys. They go out, meet friends and play games. This year
Russian people celebrate Easter on the 19
th
of April.
6. Рисунок пасхальной открытки с использованием интерактивной

- Can you draw?
And now look at the pictures and try to draw our Easter card.
7. Подведение итогов. Выставление отметок. Домашнее задание.
Today you have worked very hard, that’s why you get only good marks.
Your home task is to tell about your favourite season and draw an Easter card.
