Warm up. Correct the Sentence (Фронтальная работа)
Цель: Мотивация учащихся к общению на английском языке и снятие психологического напряжения.

Now look at the sentence on the board, please.
Here is a definition of one English point. But
there are some spelling mistakes in the sentence.

- Instead of the letter «e» we should
write the letter «a» in the word
«essay»
- Instead of one letter «l» we should
write double «ll» in the word
«generally»
- There is one missed letter «e»
between the letters «i» and «c» in the
word «pieces»
- There is one extra letter «t» in the
word «writing»
- What can you say about the word
«authors»? What is not correct here?
The place of the single quote after the
letter «s» is not correct. It is
possessive case, an argument of the
author the author’s argument. We
should write the single quote after the
letter «r».
- There is one more mistake. It is in the
word «argument». There is one
missed letter «e» between the letters
«a» and «g».
