Harmony is deeply connected with the balance of your mind, body and soul.
It’s happiness, completeness, fulfillment, satisfaction, acceptance, peace and awareness.
Five important things about me:
- I feel happiness when I’m surrounded people who inspire me
- I feel happiness when I spend my spare time useful – I do all things I planned
- I feel happiness when I get knowledges from my studying and it is interesting for me
- I’m happy feeling care and support from my nearest and dearest
- Everything that makes me happy makes me in harmony with myself
- Follow healthy lifestyle: eat and sleep well, doing some sport activity and take care of my immunity
- Deliver time for studying, other hard-working activities and rest
- Devote my spare time to my family and friends
- Maintain good relations with people
- Spend my free time by doing hobby: drawing, reading, watching films , riding bike, etc.
- Follow my voice within and do as I feel, in spite of anybody saying
- Enjoy every minute of life
