Тема урока: "Sightseeing of London"
Цель урока: способствовать формированию коммуникативной компетенции, в частности
социокультурного компонента учащихся по теме: «Достопримечательности Лондона»
Задачи урока:
- способствовать формированию фонетических навыков;
- расширить знания о стране изучаемого языка (Достопримечательности Лондона);
- способствовать развитию языковых знаний и умений (развивать лексику по теме:
«Достопримечательности Лондона»);
- способствовать развитию творческих способностей учащихся.
Формы образовательного процесса:
- индивидуальные;
- самостоятельные.
Методы образовательного процесса:
- самостоятельные;
- фронтальные.
Технические средства: мультимедиапроектор.
Наглядно-образные средства: карточки с индивидуальными заданиями (пазлы).
Использование аутентичного материала. Достопримечательности Лондона представлены
в виде презентации, выполненной в программе MS Power Point.
( карта Англии, ) способствует созданию ситуацию общения, приближенной к реальной,
что в свою очередь повышает интерес, активность школьников в деятельности урока.
Тип урока : урок совершенствования(формирования) новых знаний.
Note of the lesson:
1 этап урока – организационный момент.
- Good morning!
– Stand up, please! Good afternoon ,children! Sit down please.
– What is the date today?
– What is the day of the week today?
– What is the weather like today?
– Is it rainy? Is it sunny? Is it windy?
– Ask your questions about the weather.
The subject of our lesson is "Sightseeing of London”.
- Let’s read the motto of our lesson "It’s better to see something once then to hear about it a
hundred times”. Please, give a Russian proverb to these words. ("Лучше один раз увидеть, чем
сто раз услышать”). That’s why today at the lesson we’ll try to do so.
So you see the main aim of our lesson is to get acquaintance with the sights of London.

London is one of the greatest and most wonderful cities in the world.
London is the capital of Great Britain.
There are many beautiful sights in London.
4 этап урока - Работа с названиями достопримечательностей Лондона.

London lies on the river Thames. It has a population of over 6 million people. It’s an old city.
London is famous for its historical buildings St.Paul’s Cathedral, the Houses of Parliament, where
you can see and hear the famous clock, Big Ben. It is also famous for its parks. There are five in the
city centre. Children’s favourite place is Hamleys, which is the biggest toyshops in the world.

Now your marks for the lesson. Children, there are colourful cards on your desks . If you think you
worked well show me the red cards. If you had some mistakes and you’ re not satisfy with your
work , show green cards. And if you worked so so and were not very active show me yellow cards.
