Конспект урока английского языка в 6 классе
(по УМК М.В. Вербицкой, М. Гаярделли “FORWARD”)
Тема урока: «Британцы и их питомцы»
Цель урока: Создание комфортных условий для получения личностных, метапредметных и предметных результатов
(успешное усвоение лексического материала).
Задачи: Образовательные:
1. Формировать навыки свободного оперирования лексикой по теме;
2. Развивать навыки говорения;
Развивающие:
1. Развивать мышление, память, языковую догадку;
2. Развивать познавательные УУД: анализ, самостоятельное выделение необходимой информации, закрепление
материала, структурирование знаний;
3. Развивать регулятивные УУД: совместное целеполагание ,планирование, саморегуляции, рефлексии;
4. Развивать коммуникативные УУД: умение работать в паре, группе, умение строить речевое высказывание.
5. Создать условия для развития навыков осмысления материала.
Воспитательные:
1. Продолжить воспитывать интерес учащихся к английскому языку;
2. Продолжить работу над развитием у детей навыков умения слушать друг друга;
3. Прививать этические нормы общения.
Задачи урока с позиции компетентностного подхода:
1. Речевая компетенция: формирование навыков монологического высказывания;
2. Языковая компетенция: совершенствование произносительных навыков и реплик-клише при сравнении, выборе и
описании страны изучаемого языка;
3. Социокультурная компетенция: формирование представления о жизни людей в стране изучаемого языка ;
4. Компенсаторная компетенция: формирование умения пользоваться языковой догадкой и умения выходить из
трудного положения в условиях дефицита языковых средств;

My dear students, we have spoken a lot about animals, especially pets.
Now let me introduce Liz. She is from GB. She tells us about the most
famous British pets. Guess them, please. Use these expressions (I think, In
my opinion, To my mind)
1. This pet can be small and rather big. Its colour can be different : red,
black, grey, white and so on. It likes to bark and walk with his master.
It is a faithful friend to people, the best friend to my mind.

2. This pet is soft and fluffy. It can be different colours too. It has sharp
teeth and claws. It likes to hunt little birds and mice. It likes milk and
fish. (a cat)
3. This pet is very small. It often lives in cages. Its life is short, but happy.
It likes corn, bread and vegetables… (a hamster)
4. This pet is rather small. It has a tail. It also has fins and big eyes. It
lives in a bowl. It can swim. (a fish)
5. This pet has four legs and a tail. It has no teeth. It likes grass and
vegetables. It can swim and dive underwater. It carries its house
around with it. (a turtle)
