Тема урока: «Творчество Уолта Диснея»

для 4 класса (Москва; «Просвещение») Lesson 40.
Цели урока:
- активизировать лексику по теме «Увлечения»;
- совершенствовать навыки чтения вслух;
- обучать выбирать из текста необходимую информацию;
- совершенствовать навыки монологической речи;
- познакомить учащихся с жизнью и творчеством выдающегося американского
мультипликатора Уолта Диснея, опираясь на их знания и личный опыт.
Ход урока.
I. Организационный момент.
II. Проверка домашнего задания.
III. Активизация лексики по теме “Hobbies.
Работа в парах по карточкам.
Вставьте пропущенные слова:

1) Фонетическая отработка слов по упр.10 (чтение по транскрипции), значение по догадке.
2) текст “Walt Disney’s World” упр.16
- Have you ever heard of Walt Disney? What is he famous for? (ученики отвечают, используя
свой личный опыт)
- Let’s read the text and answer these questions. (чтение текста по очереди по абзацу)
- Ответы на вопросы, используя материал текста.
- Вычитывание из текста предложений, подходящих к картинкам.
- Деление текста на части, составление плана.

Disney had an idea of building a children’s theme park and spent 5 years of his life
developing Disneyland in California. It was opened on July 18, 1955. There were
20 attractions. A lot of Disney characters can be found through out the park greeting
visitors, posing for photos, playing with children.
Such plaque can be seen at the entrance. Read and translate.
