Artek – an international children's camp in Crimea. It is located on the southern coast of Crimea in the village of Gurzuf. In Soviet times, it was the most famous pioneer camp of the USSR.Artek has grown into one of the largest complexes in the world children's activities from a small summer camp.
Soviet and foreign citizens came in Artek. Artek was as a camp and a sanatorium treatment place.
In 2014 the camp Artek opened its doors again and let the people to have a rest, treat health and enjoy life.
