Цели урока:
1. совершенствование навыков устной речи по теме «Environmental problems»;
2. развитие умения выбирать необходимые языковые и речевые средства для решения
предложенной коммуникативной задачи;
3. воспитание уважительного отношения к родной природе.
Задачи урока:
1. обеспечить дальнейшую тренировку и закрепление лексики по теме «Environmental
problems»;
2. обеспечить тренировку грамматического материала по теме «Conditionals» в
коммуникативно окрашенных упражнениях тренировочного характера;
3. практиковать учащихся в чтении с извлечением детальной информации из текста;
4. развивать умение излагать на английском языке результаты коллективной
поисково-познавательной деятельности.
Оборудование: компьютер, мультимедийная презентация, учебники, распечатки с текстом
и тестом к нему, распечатка песни.
I. Начало урока.
T: Hello, boys and girls. I’m glad to see you. Who is absent today? What date is it today?
And now I suggest you looking at the screen and guess about what we are going to talk today?
( Слайд) P: About ecological problems.
T: Right, We are going to speak about environment around us, about ecological problems , we
are going to repeat Conditional sentences and try to discuss the best ways how to help our
planet.
T: But at first, let’s revise the words .So let’s do phonetic exercises. (Слайд)

[l] pollute, litter, collect
[r] protect, forest, problem, prohibit, rubbish
[s] solve, sea, recycle, plastic, soil
[k] cut down, pick up, protection, container
[i] ecology, environment, litter

II. Основная часть. T : And now let’s check up your home task. Some of you have made
projects about environmental problems around us. Listen attentively, please. P
:(Projects)
T :Well. So let’s repeat. What are the most serious problems of environment?. P : Water,
air, soil pollution, endangered animals).
T:And now let’s listen to a poem written by British girl Miriam Mackley. (ex.50 p.53)
So, please , open your books at page53ex.50. What is this poem about? Do you agree
with it? Why?
What is the main problem, theme, idea of this poem?
Well, and now let’s enlarge your vocabulary. ex . 51 p.53.
T: Avoid doing sth. noun (Слайд) Let’s practice. Give advice beginning with “avoid” to your
friends when they are going to have a picnic in the forest. Use the next words. Example: Avoid
dropping litter in the forest.
T: And now let’s read the text ex.53. p. 54. And do the task. Ex. 55p.54. Discussion.
T : And now let’s revise Conditional sentences. (Слайд)
If people tried to walk or cycle instead driving cars, the air …….. (be) cleaner.
If people didn’t waste paper , they ……… (not/cut down) trees.
If people hadn’t polluted the nature, many animals ……. (not/ disappear)
Our rivers would have been cleaner if people …….. ( not) throw) waste in the water.
T: Well, now we’ll work in groups. Today we have spoken much about ecological problems and
their solving. So now you try to create the advertisement of Clean up day. And the second
group will try to create “ Ecological rules”. You should work together and in 5 min someone of
you will present your work.
After 5 minutes groups present their projects.

вспомнить урок и продолжить предложения.
