Now, at the last close your eyes and imagine that you are in a winter
forest. There is a lot of snow everywhere the sky is grey it’s snowing the
trees are white it’s cold. O.K.
Let’s get the mood and imagine that you are in a summer forest. The
weather is fine and hot. The sky is blue. The sun is shining. The birds are
singing. The trees and the grass are green.
