Тема: Music Around Us”.
Урок в 6 классе.
Цели и задачи:
Образовательные: продолжить формирование умения употребления лексики; обучение
восприятию на слух с извлечением нужной информации, развитие навыков чтения с поиском
нужной информации, развитие навыков диалогической речи, обучение выполнения
письменных упражнений в формате ЕГЭ.
Развивающие: сформировать представление о мире музыки, развивать воображение,
мышление, логику, развивать самостоятельность.
Воспитательные: обеспечение нравственного воспитания учащихся, воспитание
толерантности, воспитание уважения к чужому труду, формировать мотивацию к изучению
иностранного языка.
Методы и приемы обучения: проблемное обучение, коммуникативная методика, групповая
работа, здоровьесберегающие технологии, информационных компьютерных технологий,
национально – региональный компонент.

I. Орг. момент: Good morning, dear boys and girls.
How are you?
II. Речевая зарядка : Teacher: Boys and girls, look at the screen. Let’s read these words.
“ Music is the universal language of mankind” H.W. Longfellow.
So, today we’ll speak about music.
Teacher:
- Do you like music?
- Have you got any cassettes, CDs at home?
- Do you often listen to music?
- Do you like to do your homework to music?
III. Постановка проблемы:
Teacher: So, if you like music, you’ll be able to tell me what sorts of music do you know? I’ll
give you the cards. Fill this web word, please
Teacher: Now, name them. Look at the screen, please and say if any of the sorts is missed.

Teacher: I’ll give you a list of adjectives. Let’s read them all together after me. What mood is

Teacher: The world of music is rich and varied, isn’t it? Let’s do an exercise: match the musical
terms and definitions. I’ll read the definition, you’ll say what sort of music it is.
Rap 1. a musical style where the singer speaks or shouts the words.
Jazz 2. an American style of music, based on improvisation and variation.
Rock-n-roll 3. a style of music that was popular especially in the 1950s.
Country 4. music that is popular in the southern and western United States. They are usually
cowboys songs.
Blues 5. a type of music, most songs of which are about lone less, sadness and love.

Teacher: The world of music is large. It often depends on how much you know. The more you know
the lager the world is. Now, boys and girls, look at the screen.
Teacher:

Teacher: Interviewing is fun and useful. It helps us to understand people’s tastes. Imagine that you
make a musical programmer for TV. Look at the screen. Read and answer these questions.

Do you buy records, cassettes or disks?
What musical instruments can you play?
What instrument do you most like the sound of?
Do you have an ear for music?
Do you have one or two favorite performers, groups? Who are they?
Teacher: Are you ready? Interview your classmate to find out his taste in music. Use these questions
for your interview.

Teacher: You know that Salavat is a famous Tatar pop singer. The story I’ll give you tells us about
his life. Read the text, please and match the dates and the events.
Salavat my favorite pop star.
Salavat was born on 10 January 1960 in Bashkiriya. He came from a very poor family.
When his father was in prison he helped his mother to earn money. He loved music and he sang
all the time. He was bored at school and that’s why he didn’t study well at school. He graduated
school in 1977.
At the beginning of his career he made concerts for famous pop stars. In 1989 he appeared
on the stage. He made his first single in 1990. When DJs played it on their radio stations, Tatar
people went wild. In 1997 he created his own studio “ Salavat’s theatre”.
He has got a family. His wife’s name is Leisan. They have got two daughters and a son.
Salavat’s hobby is car racing. He began to participate in car racing in 1997. He likes to
collect expensive cars.
We know Salavat not only as a famous Tatar pop singer, but we know him as a patron of
art. He helps young singers. He shows sympathy to orphans. He helps needy people and nursing
homes.

Teacher: A lot of people in Tatarstan do something for charity. And Salavat is one of them. He
shows sympathy to orphans. He helps needy people and nursing homes. He is patron of art.
