Умение и навыки: чтение, письмо, аудирование, говорение.
Языковой материал: goat/s, cow/s, boy/s, girl, cat, man, dog, horse, house, hill,
barn, tree, bus.
Грамматика: There is/ There are a…; Is there a …. Yes, there is/ No, there is not;
under, in, on, next to, between.
Цель: развитие умения диалогического высказывания.
Задачи:
- закрепить лексику по теме “В деревне”;
- тренировать обучающихся в употреблении в речи структур There is/ There
are a…; Is there a …. Yes, there is/ No, there is not;
- развивать навыки чтения (в том числе на основе использования ИКТ);
- организовать аудирование в предъявлении учителя, обучающихся, а также
на основе предъявления аудиозаписи;
- развивать психические процессы: память, внимание на основе выполнения
грамматических упражнений и монологических высказываний учителя и
обучающихся;
- учить детей работать в парах.
Материалы: Учебник “ Way ahead 1”.
Рабочая тетрадь к учебникуWay ahead 1”.
Кассета к учебнику “ Way ahead 1”.
Диск к учебнику “ Way ahead 1”.
Компьютер, мультимедийный проектор.
Раздаточный дидактический материал.
Время: 40 мин.
Stages.
1. Warm up:
The teacher greets pupils. The class answers.
T: Good morning, boys and girls!
Ch: Good morning, teacher.
T: I’m glad to see you.
Ch: glad to see you too.
T: How are you?
Ch: We are fine, thank you. How are you?
T: I’m fine? Thank you.
Children do the physical exercises
T.: Look at the board. Today is the 12

of February. The topic of our lesson
is “On the farm
The teacher introduces the aim of the lesson.
T.: Today we are going to practice the vocabulary on the topic “On the farm”.
You’ll learn to speak about the pictures on the farm. (Учитель вместе с
учащимся определяет цель урока).
II. Main activity.
2. Revise the vocabulary (Class).
T.: Listen to the tape and point to the words and pictures as you hear them.
Play the tape 36.
Meg: Look! There’s a cow …
Grand mother: … and there’s a horse.
Meg: There’s a boy on the horse.
Tom: Look! There’s a barn …
Grand mother: … and there’s a house.
Tom: There’s a girl in the house.
Tom: Look! There’s a hill
Grand mother: … and there’s a green tree.
Tom: And there’s a goat under the tree.
Children listen and point in their books on page 56.
T.: Find the words in the puzzle.

3. Revise the questions and answers.
T.: Now we’ll play a memory game. One of you will go to the blackboard and
answer the questions on the picture. Yes, there is/ No, there isn’t. The class
we’ll ask questions Is there a ...?
4. Speaking.
T.: Work in pairs. Look at the picture. One of you chooses a picture. Another
guesses it asking you questions.

T.: Stand up. Let’s train our muscles.
Hands up, hands down, hands on hips, sit down.
Stand up. Bend left, bend right.
Stand up straight.

On - на, in - в, next to - рядом, under - под .
5. Reading (Read and draw lines).
T.: And now do Ex.2 on page 57. Read the sentences and draw lines.
Children read the text to find out where the goat, cow, boy, etc. should go in the
picture. They then draw lines.
T.: Look at the board. Read the sentence and put the picture in the correct place.
Children go to the blackboard and one by one drag the pictures in their places.
6. Talking on the farm.
Imagine you’re farmers. Ask each other about your houses, barns and animals.
III. Follow-up:
T.: Great! We’ve got rich farms and you have an opportunity to present
them next lesson. Your home task is WB page 67 Ex1 and 2.
T.: The lesson is over. Good bye children.
