Цели урока:

организме человека на примере углеводов.
1.2. Сформировать представление о влиянии цветных продуктов на состояние
здоровья человека.
1.3. Продолжить формирование языковых навыков онологическая и диалогическая
речь, презентация рецепта).
1.4. Совершенствовать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся и развивать у
них метапредметные и межпредметные навыки.

1. Организационная часть. Вступительное слово учителя.
Приветствие обучающихся. Проверка готовности к уроку. Объявление темы и
целей урока.
2. Актуализация и углубление знаний по ранее изученным темам (деловая
игра).

diagnosis and self-treatment 24 hours a day in the presence of immunity. The
genetic age of a person is at least 120-130 years. The immune system works
flawlessly if every cell of the body receives three preventive functions every day-
cleaning, nutrition and protection. These functions are performed by biologically
active nutrients: vitamins, micro and macro elements, amino acids etc. All of these
substances of about 10 thousand. The body itself synthesizes only 4 vitamins, the
rest is obtained from food, ie. man consists of what he eats.

The population of the planet has known that their health and mood is largely
influenced by the colour of wallpaper and furniture. But few people know that our mood
and well-being can be affected by the colour of the food we eat. Psychologists from
different countries agreed that the mood and health of a person is influenced not only by
vitamins that are part of the food, but also the colour of the food.
