по английскому языку
в 5 классе
«DRESS RIGHT»

Цель урока: систематизировать и закрепить
полученные лексико-грамматические навыки по
данной теме и совершенствовать лексический
материал.
Задачи урока:
Обучающие:
совершенствование лексических навыков и
закрепление грамматических структур;
развитие навыков диалогической речи;
• развитие навыков аудирования;
• развитие навыков чтения;
Развивающие:
развитие воображения, памяти и творческих
способностей;
развитие умения логически мыслить;
Воспитательные:
воспитание стремления быть добрыми и
вежливыми в общении, воспитывать уважительное
отношение друг к другу.
формирование у учащихся мотивации
дальнейшего изучения английского языка,
положительного отношения к получению знаний;
Оснащение: учебник Ю.Е. Ваулина, Д. Дули, О.Е.
Подоляко, В. Эванс «Spotlight» для 5 класса,
карточки, схемы грамматических конструкций,
проектор.
Ход Урока
I. Организационный момент.
1. Приветствие.
Teacher: Good morning, dear students!
Children: Good morning, dear teacher!
Teacher: Today there are guests in our classroom. Let’s
say them good morning! I’m glad to see you and I hope
that you are fine today! Sit down, please! Turn to each
other, shake hands and smile. There are clouds and suns
on your desks. Please tell me what is your mood today? If
it is bad, raise your clouds. If it is good, raise your suns. (I
hope that your mood will change to the end of our
lesson.)Thank you, let’s start our lesson.
2. Сообщение цели урока:
-T.: Today you are journalists and you are in a business
trip. Now our journalists are in different countries. The
first team of journalists is in Egypt. What’s the weather
like there? How do you think what clothes is suitable?
The second team is in Alaska. What’s the weather like
there? How do you think what clothes is suitable? The
third team is in England. What’s the weather like there?
Now tell me please what should tourist do when they visit
countries in hot/cold and rainy weather?
3. Этап целеполагания с использованием
проблемного метода.
Teacher: Frankly speaking, a lot of tourists, especially
Russian tourists have such problems. How can we help
them? Ok, let’s make some instructions for our tourists.
There are words on your desks, use them and fill in the
gaps.
What should we do for it?
Instructions for tourists:
- to repeat the topical material on theme
______________;
-to repeat the words on theme _____________;
- to ___________ the words on the themes «Weather»
and «Clothes»;
- to repeat the _____________constructions;
- to __________ the recommendations how to dress
according to the weather;

(Use the words to fill in the gaps: make, «Weather»,
introduce, «Clothes», grammar, practice)

Teacher: Now let’s listen, sing and find out the new
words and translate them

III. Основной этап урока
1. Загадки
I want to make sure how you understand what tourists
should wear in your countries. Let’s guess the riddles.
In a winter storm,
I keep your neck warm.
What am I?
(Answer: SCARF)
I start with the letter J,
And keep you warm on a cold day.
What am I?
(Answer: JACKET)
We protect your hands from snow and ice.
Fingers think we’re very nice.
What are we?
(Answer: MITTENS)
I start with the letter B,
And your feet go inside of me.
What am I?
(Answer: BOOTS)
If your head might freeze,
Put me on please.
What am I?
(Answer: CAP)
We can’t help your nose but,
We’re very good at warming toes.
What are we?
(Answer: SOCKS)
2. Диалог
Now every team of journalists is in the center of their
countries. You must prepare your report about right
choice of clothes from each country. Each team must
make a dialogue between a journalist and a town-dweller.
While one team of journalists is showing their dialogue,
other teams are fixing the mistakes.
3. Физкультминутка.
Make your right hand clap, clap, clap. (хлопаем правой
ладошкой по левой)
Make your left hand clap, clap, clap. (хлопаем левой
ладошкой по правой)
Turn around 1,2,3. (поворот вокруг себя)
It is easy, you can see !
Make your right foot tap, tap, tap. (топаем правой
ножкой)
Make your left foot tap, tap, tap. (топаем левой
ножкой)
Turn around 1,2,3. (поворот вокруг себя)

4.Этап закрепления знаний
Teacher: We`ve just talked about clothes in different
types of weather.
What tense did we use?
Look at the screen. Let’s read and find the forms of
Present Simple and Present Continuous. Let’s check.
What can you tell me about Present Simple?
What can you tell me about Present Continuous?
Look at the screen. You see my photo. I usually wear a
blouse and a skirt. But now I am wearing a dress. Now
ask each other the questions.
1. What do you usually wear?
2. What are you wearing now?
Show us your photos.
Every team has the table on your desks. You must fill in
your tables. Exchange your tables with other teams and
check them. Now look at the screen and correct the
mistakes.
5. Синквейн
Teacher: In conclusion of your business trips, I want
every team of journalists to make a poem about your
countries. You must use the vocabulary of our lesson and
the sentences with Present Simple and Present
Continuous.

6. Подведение итогов
Teacher: Well done boys and girls! Our trip is over.
Now everybody knows how to dress right. Lets
remember how we did it. Let’s count how many scores
every team has (Ученики подсчитывают количество
набранных очков). So the team …. has won.
Thanks our teams. Well, you’ve been very active and
productive today;
7. Домашнее Задание
I hope you’ll be the same doing your homework. It is in
your students’ books ex. 6b, at page 89 in written form.
8. Заключительный этап урока. Рефлексия.
Please look at the blackboard and say if we have
realized all instructions for our tourists. If we have, please
raise green cards. If we haven’t, raise your red cards.
How are you now? What is your mood? There is a
weather forecast on the blackboard. Go to the blackboard
and stick your clouds and suns. And we will see, if your
mood has changed or not.
The lesson is over, thank you, good- bye!
